How It Works

When you call (833) 567-5795, our dispatch team answers — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including holidays. Here's what happens:

1. You describe your situation. We ask a few quick questions to assess urgency and gather your address.
2. We identify the closest available licensed plumber in our network who handles your type of job.
3. We dispatch them to you and give you a real ETA — not a 4-hour window, an actual estimated arrival time.
4. The plumber arrives, assesses the problem, and gives you a written estimate before touching anything.
5. You approve the work. The plumber fixes it. You get a written service summary when the job is done.

For most emergency calls in major metro areas, we dispatch within 15 minutes of your call and average under 60 minutes from call to plumber on-site.

Our Network Standards

Not every licensed plumber who applies gets into our dispatch network. Every plumber we work with must meet ongoing requirements:

• Active state license — verified for the specific service area, not just home state
• General liability insurance — minimum $1 million per occurrence, verified by certificate of insurance
• Background check — completed within the last 12 months, no violent or fraud convictions
• Residential and commercial experience — minimum 3 years of documented field work
• Written estimate requirement — plumbers in our network are required to provide a written estimate before beginning any work
• Customer review monitoring — plumbers with consistent complaints are removed from the network

We check license status with state licensing boards on a rolling basis. A plumber who lets their license lapse gets removed from our dispatch list immediately.
