These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetInstantPlumber website (getinstantplumber.com) and our plumbing dispatch services. By using our website or calling our dispatch line, you agree to these Terms.
GetInstantPlumber is a plumbing dispatch referral service. We connect customers with licensed, insured, independent plumbing contractors in their service area. We do not directly employ the plumbers dispatched through our service. Each dispatched plumber is an independent contractor operating under their own license, insurance, and business entity.
We make reasonable efforts to dispatch a licensed plumber to your location in a timely manner. Service availability depends on plumber availability in your geographic area. We cannot guarantee specific arrival times, though we will always provide a realistic ETA when you call.
All pricing is provided by the dispatched plumber directly. The plumber is required to provide a written estimate before beginning any work. You are not obligated to proceed with service after receiving an estimate. Payment is made directly to the dispatched plumbing contractor, not to GetInstantPlumber. We do not process payments and are not responsible for billing disputes between customers and contractors.
We verify that each plumber in our network holds a valid state plumbing license and carries general liability insurance at the time they join our network. We perform periodic re-verification. However, we cannot guarantee that all credentials remain valid at all times and are not responsible for any lapse in a contractor's license or insurance.
GetInstantPlumber's liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any. We are not liable for any work performed by dispatched plumbers, any property damage caused by dispatched plumbers, or any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. All service work is performed by independent contractors who are solely responsible for the quality and outcome of their work.
Our dispatch service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or result in a successful plumbing repair. Warranties for plumbing work, if any, are provided by the dispatched contractor and not by GetInstantPlumber.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website to transmit any unauthorized commercial communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, or engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits use of the website by others.
